The Malaysia web hosting company Webserver is a good, reliable and responsive web hosting company. They offer web hosting solutions to anyone in Malaysia who has a business or personal website that they want to make accessible to anyone in the world with an internet connection. They have a 24/7 customer support line as well as a live chat system right on the computer. They are known to have pretty good customer service as far as Malaysia web hosting companies go. If a company has terrible customer service you would want to avoid them at all costs, no matter how attractive their prices were!
Webserver offers a thirty day, money back guarantee if their services do not meet the standards of your website or needs. Again, this shows that a company has confidence when they offer a guarantee - especially one for a full thirty days.
There are a couple different things that could be said about Webserver that are a bit on the down side. For one, their hosting package starts at RM300 and that is considered their budget package. Then their basic package is RM600 which is also a bit on the expensive side.
The other down side aspect of Webserver that is the fact that there is limited disk space offered on the budget package as well as the basic package. The budget package is limited to only 3GB of disk space and the basic package is limited to 6GB of disk space.
As far as general pricing goes, their prices are not terrible, but it is a tad bit on the expensive side and it would most likely not be suitable for someone on a tight budget or looking for cheap Malaysia web hosting. There are ups and downs to most services and it is up to each individual person or company to make the right decision for themselves. Doing the proper research and finding out which hosting service offers the most value for the money is the best thing you can do to make that decision for your website.
We rate Webserver as good and we give them an 8 out of 10. They do offer a good reliable service though which in the eyes of many is good enough.
